I introduce my candidacy for the Membership Development Officer position in UUP Fredonia Chapter in order to expand membership, encourage an active and well heard membership, and to engage new employees and fee payers in order to move the Fredonia Chapter of UUP to 100% membership.

 

My experiences in both the professional and academic sides at Fredonia and my prior work with the UUP state wide membership development & labor committees equip me with the ideal skills and experiences to reach out to new members in all departments and connections to reach out to MDO's at other chapters to implement strategies that work for member building.
